Pricing, Ordering and Process

PRICING:
You will receive an Anthology Price List at MSRP, and a confidential discount based on Dealer or Distributor pricing. Pricelist are FOB Seller’s Warehouse (FL ZIP CODE 33018). All items are sold by the piece, box or SQFT. Field tiles will be sold in full box quantities only. Box orders will be rounded up to the nearest box quantity. Dealers interested in purchasing larger quantities can request Pallet Pricing or Mixed Pallet Pricing. Anthology as a major manufacturer, gives you the opportunity to become one of our Master Anthology Distributors. Our innovative Pricelist contains pictures of each item and all the specifications needed to calculate your order. Approved special pricing must be noted on your PO with the approving salesperson’s name. Anthology offers strategic pricing and reserves the right to change its prices, terms and conditions of sale without notice. All prices are FOB from Seller’s Warehouse. Distributors must follow the most up to date MSRP pricing.

ORDERING:
Anthology’s website www.anthologytile.com has the authorized dealers’ ordering portal. Placing orders through the portal is the most effective and efficient method. Alternatively, you can email Purchase Orders to [email protected] or fax Purchase Orders to 305-372-9683 Tracking information is available through your Anthology online account for portal orders ONLY. Moreover, it is included on all Invoices and upon request if additional information is needed. No verbal orders are accepted. No exceptions!

PROCESSING:
All Purchase Orders must be in a legible format and will be processed upon receipt. All Purchase Orders including Samples must contain our Anthology SKU and desired quantity ONLY. If a signature on an order acknowledgment is required, you will receive an email requesting signature. Please review this order acknowledgment carefully to make sure all information is correct. Orders will be processed and shipped according to the order acknowledgment. If the order acknowledgment is incorrect, it must be corrected and a new acknowledgment sent. Orders will be shipped within 24-72 hours of processing unless dealer requests a specific shipping date. Orders and materials that are on backorder will be shipped upon arrival.

Materials can be held with PO for 48 hours without shipping upon request with management approval. Anything longer than 48 hours requires a 50% deposit.

Special Orders and Custom Orders require a 50% deposit and are non-cancellable. [Some specialty materials may require 100% payment at the time of order.] An estimated time of delivery will be given upon receipt of the required deposit. Normal delivery time is 12-16 weeks from date of deposit.

Dealers / Distributors with accounts not current or over their credit limit will be notified at the time of processing. All credit concerns must be corrected before any order is released for shipping. PLEASE BE ADVISED that all communication on orders must include the PO numbers.

Dealers / Distributors will be notified of any out-of-stock material at time of order processing and the order placed on back-order status with an estimated date of fulfillment given. The back-order items will not be confirmed until the ordered material arrives. Dealers / Distributors must inform Anthology of cancelations via email. Orders placed Monday through Friday (except Holidays) will be processed within 24-48 hours.

CANCELLATIONS:
Orders are deemed processed at the time of submittal. If order cancellation is necessary, please contact Customer Service immediately. If the Dealer calls Customer Service and the cancellation is processed, a follow-up email is required to document the cancellation. In the event of an order cancellation, a restocking charge of 30% of the cancelled order will be assessed. Orders already packed CAN NOT BE CANCELLED. Once material is received, you can request an RMA subject to restock fee and return freight charges. See Return Policy Section for further details. All special orders and close outs are final and cannot be cancelled.

PAYMENT TERMS:
All orders are PREPAY unless credit has been approved. Dealers can submit a Credit Application for credit approval. Credit terms and limits are non-negotiable and in Anthology sole discretion. For PREPAY orders, credit card authorization forms are available via e-mail, fax or through the portal per order. Credit cards can also be on kept file with a signed authorization form for ease of reoccurring orders. Anthology accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover). Credit card fees may apply (1%-3%). Checks will be accepted for payment if received and cleared prior to shipping for PREPAY customer. All returned checks will be charged a $50 fee. In the event of late or default payment, Anthology shall impose interest up to the amount permitted by law. All attorneys’ and collection fees incurred by Anthology shall be the ordering Dealer’s responsibility regardless of ship to location or end customer liability.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
ANTHOLOGY shall have no liability or responsibility for any fees, costs, damages, losses or expenses caused in whole or in part by third parties or God including inter alia those arising or resulting from delays, unavailability or discontinuation of products, strikes, employee shortages, pandemics, quarantines, war, weather. If one of these (or more) occurs, ANTHOLOGY shall endeavor to recommend alternative products with Buyer solely responsible for any increase in price.

DEALER DISPLAY:
Anthology has designed a simple easy to use display for our Dealer’s showrooms. This display shows the products using Anthology branded cards. On the reverse side of all samples a large full color graphic is included with full product information. We also offer custom idea and concept boards for the showrooms that display in this method. These boards are cut and grouted to show our products in a unique setting. We are also willing to dress up your showroom with custom ideas, boards and programs that will put you ahead of your competition. We can work together to create a unique look that fits your needs. Anthology is offering the Display tower and Card Set to our dealers for $1999.

DISPLAY COSTS Anthology Marketing Program (AMP):

NOTE: Allow 8-12 weeks for delivery on all grouted boards

LOOSE SWATCH SAMPLE (4X6) can be ordered with a Purchase Order at no cost up to 5 items for the same SKU. Loose full sheets can be ordered to make your own boards for 30% off dealer price. No eligible for REBATES. Showroom vignette material to be supplied at 30% off dealer price. No eligible for REBATES. All loose sheet and showroom vignette orders need approval.

ALL SHIPPING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH SAMPLE ORDERS are customer’s responsability.

Some sample programs are eligible for rebates. REBATES are only applicable for the purchase of material. FREIGHT IS NOT INCLUDED.

If rebates apply on marketing tools all rebates are applied for each invoice at the end of the month applied in the form of a credit memo to be used on future purchases. Included in sample package dealers will receive the following:
