Shipping and Returns

Sales and Customer Service can be reached at:

Parcel orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx or DHL.

Larger orders will be shipped via LTL or dealer’s own carrier upon request.

Allow 3-10 days from shipping date for delivery based on location and final destination.

Tracking information is available through your Anthology online account for portal orders ONLY. Moreover, it is included on all Invoices and upon request if additional information is needed.

Client, at all times, agrees to fully insure, guard, protect and maintain, at Clients sole expense, all Products. All Products are stored and shipped without insurance.

Payment of a delivery charge or storage charge does not provide for delivery and/or storage insurance. Unless Client has been advised that the Products are not in stock, Client agrees to pick up the Products within ten (10) days of the date of this Sales Order. If Client has been advised that the Products are not in stock, Client agrees to pick up the Products no later than ten (10) days after notice that they are available.

If Client does not pick up all Products within 10 days of the date of the Sales Order or Notice of availability of the Products, Client could be subject to storage fees of the greater of 10% of the purchase price, per month or any portion thereof, or $1.00 per square foot, per month or any portion thereof unless management approval.

Anthology offers an easy all-inclusive program for door-to-door business services.

MINIMUM ORDER on DELIVERED pricing clients required 5 sheets or $15 charge.

Freight Quotes will be given for larger orders upon request. Freight Quotes are subject to change.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days and subject to management approval. Photos of all returned materials must be submitted with the request for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Dealer must receive an RMA number from customer service prior to returning any materials or the return will not be processed. RMA NUMBERS are good for 10 days from date of issue. All returns must be in original packing and in original or received condition. Please include a copy of the RMA inside package. No returns on discontinued or special-order items. All freight cost and proper return packaging associated with the return is the dealer’s responsibility. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returns unless material is defective or shipped in error.
