Orders will ship via UPS from our Miami, Fl. Facility
Larger orders to be shipped LTL or dealer may choose to use their own carrier upon request.
Allow 1-7 days for delivery based on location.
Tracking information is available through Portal or upon request.
Dealer pickups for will call should be arranged at time of order to prepare order for prompt pick up. Dealer is responsible to inspect material upon receipt and notify Anthology immediately of any visible damages incurred during shipping.

Please remit photo of damages.
Anthology must be notified within 3 days of receiving/unpacking material of any issues not limited to, shortage or damage of shipment received in good condition.

All UPS Address Corrections or Shipment Refusal charges will be the responsibility of the dealer and will be billed to method of payment on file. For dealers that have paid by check in advance an invoice will be generated for payment of additional UPS Fees.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of order. Photo must be submitted for RMA on problematic material. Dealer must receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER from customer service prior to return. RMA NUMBERS are good for 10 days from date of issue. All returns must be in original packing / boxes and in original condition. Please include a copy of the RMA inside package. No returns on discontinued or special- order items. All freight cost and proper return packaging associated with the return is the customers responsibility. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns unless material is defective or shipped in error.
